Welcome. This is the interface to the interpro plus database for proteins, their families, genome, domain and publications.

Introduction

The Interproplus database has five classes. Protein, Genome, Family, Domain and Publications. The database can be easily queried to get information pertaining to various proteins stored on the database. The queries can be carried out on the basis of either the protein name, genome, family, domain or publication title. A full menu on the different proteins held in the database follows.
